The challenge:
Carry two heavy kettlebells, a loaded backpack, and drag a sled for one mile – by yourself.
When you’re done, your partner brings the weights back. Simple. Brutal. Honest.
Why do it?
Because true challenges are about more than muscle. The Barbarian will strip you down to the present moment.
Your body will protest, your mind will doubt, but step by step you’ll find rhythm. Discomfort lasts an hour — the experience will stay with you for years.
Contraindications:
Not recommended for anyone with acute lower back pain or heart conditions. Otherwise — this is for you.
